robs 2 tri weekend

my hubs is a triathlete! and until this past weekend i thought of it as fun but this past weekend he did 2 in a row 2 mornings of 4:30am and i feel the need to take pictures at every transition. the one he did on Sunday i ran back and forth back and forth just to take pictures of it all. i felt like i had done a 5k of my own (not a runner)(oh but he did a lot more Saturday swim 300 yards bike 13 run 5k Sunday swim 600m mountain bike 20 trail run 8k)
but i love my hubs and support everything he does so on august 7th when he does his next one there ill be at 4:30am ready to go!

what we watch in july!

the tour de frace is on need i say more.... i have more computer time! lol i love to watch it next to my hubby!

i am a terrible blogger! in march rob was 30 and we had a great party with friends!

in May we had our 2 year wedding anniversary and we went to Jamaica!
